Mischa V. Alyea
Mischa V. Alyea is an independent scholar of mystical writings and the Mystery Traditions. Mischa's first spiritual teacher introduced her to meditation over 15 years ago. While Mischa did at one time immerse herself in mystical groups, they either did not satisfy her spiritual needs or, even worse, butchered her inner faith. Realizing that this experience was very common among people, Mischa was inspired to use a blend of philosophy, psychology, mythology or parable, and the arts to map the mystical realm to identify what went wrong.
Surprisingly, this simply complicated model revealed symbols of other belief systems, incorporated all types of myths from ancient to modern, and was able to explain why most people become either emotionally enslaved to or intellectually disenfranchised from religious practice instead of becoming enlightened.
